After receiving numerous suggestions from users regarding the accessibility of our transport services, TAZ initiated a comprehensive review. As a result, we partnered with local transport authorities to implement new routes and improve existing ones. Feedback from users indicates a significant increase in satisfaction and ease of use, highlighting the importance of community input in enhancing services.
